1lb of mild turkey sausage
1 package of cherry tomatoes (preferably the mixed one with yellow and red ones)
8oz of minced garlic
2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
2 cups of Parmesan cheese
1oz of cream cheese
1/4 of cup of worcestershire
2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
1 tablespoon of anise seed
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of pink salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of paprika
Preheat oven to 400°. Once preheated, cut bell peppers in half, place cut peppers side up in a 9”-x-13” baking pan and brush with avocado or truffle oil.
Leave in oven for 15-20 minutes
Grease pan with a little olive oil, Sauté half of onion chopped and 4oz of minced garlic in a pan. Once onions are soft add in your Turkey Sausage and Ground Lamb.
Once meat is half cooked add in your worcestershire, pink salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, tyhme, anise seed and mix
Sear until cooked and set to the side
In a separate pan, heat 3 tablespoons of Nubay Sauce and place other half of chopped onion and about 10-12 cut in half cherry tomatoes in pan and sear. Once seared place in bowl.
In your bowl with the seared tomatoes and onions, mix in cream cheese, 1cup of mozzarella, 1 cup of parmesan cheese and all of the meat mixture, stir until smooth.
Place mixture inside of cut bell peppers and top with a parmesan and mozzarella. After all peppers are topped with cheese, take a spoon and drizzle the top of each pepper with Nubay Sauce.
Bake until cheese is golden brown. Take out of oven, heat Nubay Sauce and drizzle to your liking on each pepper following with a truffle oil drizzle!
If you want to get fancy serve with a ceaser salad and yellow rice!
